Make sure the appropriate updates are made in HPMS. Then, go to the FDA website and make the appropriate changes. Finally, notify the TPA and CMS at tpaoperations@tpadministrator.com and CGDPandmanufacturers@cms.hhs.gov, respectively of the changes.
